  • Do I need access to a gym to join?

    No! All of the workouts can be done at home with minimal equipment. Having some light dumbbells at home can help really challenge yourself.

  • Is the nutrition and recipe guide restrictive?

    I don't believe in restriction - I believe in balance! I'll be teaching you the exact nutrition approach that I use at home and with my family.

  • I don't know if I can make it work with my schedule. Is this a big time committment?

    Investing in yourself can feel like a stretch - but it's 100% worth it! The workout videos are 30-40 minutes daily, and that's it! We're really focusing on building healthy habits that actually feel sustainable and easy to integrate into your busy lifestyle.
